Services Refunds & Exchanges 
  • We Exchange and all  Services Purchased, No refunds.

  • We genuinely desire all of our client's to fall in love with every purchase made at SpaLyfe however we understand that Lyfe happens and  when it does we Exchange all  package, membership and A'la Carte services. 

  • We will return/ exchange Retail products up 30 day's after Purchase.

  • All deposits are Non - Refundable 

Expiration Dates 
  • All Packages Expire 12 months after date of purchase. 


Late, No Show's and Cancellation Policies

  • No show's will be charged $50 no show Fee.

  • Late over 15 minutes will charged, will be considered as a No Show.

  • Client's have 12 hour's prior to appointment to cancel, late cancellations 

First Time Clients 


  • Please arrive 10 mins early to your  appointment, prior arriving please go online and fill out a General Intake forms. 

  • Children, Teenager's under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian during the service and sign a date a consent for services.

  • Children under 10 years of age are not allowed in the Spa unless they are with Parent or Guardian with them all the time. 

  • All Laser and Eye Lash Extensions appointments require a Credit Card on file.
